Eternal: A Series on the Psalms

A two-part sermon series identity for Vineyard Columbus, created as a freelance project after my time on staff. Eternal led the congregation on a 14-week journey through the Psalms — Part 1 rooting them in the ancient spiritual practices that have formed God's people across centuries, Part 2 turning their eyes toward the eternal character of God Himself.

The visual language draws on cathedral architecture — stock photography transformed through halftone grain textures, duotone color treatments, and careful typography into something that feels ancient, contemplative, and quietly reverent. The two parts are distinguished by tone: Part 1 carries a dramatic dark-to-light split that mirrors the movement from practice into presence, while Part 2 shifts to a softer sepia warmth as the series turns toward who God eternally is.

The series grew out of the same visual world as the Culture Conference that preceded it — the cathedral imagery originating in the youth conference identity and then adapted and toned down for the broader congregation.
