Invested

A sermon series identity for Vineyard Columbus built around the topic of money, generosity, and where we place our trust. The brief called for a visual language that connected to the idea of treasure and financial investment — but the approach needed to feel spiritual rather than slick.

The solution was a Photoshop treatment that renders the imagery in the style of engraved US currency — the fine hatching, the monochromatic green, the ornate border. It's immediately familiar without being literal. Hands cupping a flower where you might expect a portrait, and a scripture verse where you might expect a denomination. The result reframes what it means to be "invested" — not in markets, but in things that last.
